A: As long as the picture is about 2.5" x 3" inches, either tall or wide,
it's probably good! Upload main pic first.
Q: How do I upload pictures or files to my existing listing(s)?
A: We made this really easy for you. Just go to "My Account," then "My Properties," then click "upload" in the
column/row of the listing you want to add a pic. or file to. STEP 2/2 instructions will appear to assist you, and our number is posted for additional assistance.
Q: Must I login daily to check "Inquiries" from buyers?
A: Not at all. We send you an e-mail notification when "Inquiries" are occurring.
Q: How do I retrieve "Inquiries" to my posted listing(s)?
A: Login, then click on "My Account," then "My Properties," then on corresponding "Inquiry"
to view messages from buyers responding to your listing.
Q: Will I incur additional charges if I modify/edit listings?
A: No. You can edit listings as needed.
Q: What if I don't want to post performance & financial data, or, price?
A: Leave it blank, we will post "N/A" and/or "call agent" for you.
Q: I'm having problems choosing my favorite username and password.
A: Use only four to eight characters for each, either alpha or numeric.
Q: I want a hotel broker to handle my hotel sale or purchase, where do I start?
A: Start by clicking on "Find a Broker" from the home page.
There you will find a growing list of hotel broker's able to assist you. Search for hotel and commercial real estate
brokers by state or country. Review member brokers, visit there own website, and choose the broker
you feel is best for you.
Q: I am a buyer! Where do I start?
A: Begin by searching listed "Properties." From there you can search hotels for sale by state, region, country,
franchise, price, or combination thereof. Send an "Inquiry" to a broker with a listing you would like to know more about, or, call that broker directly. "Hotel Wanted" ads are used for
additional exposure.
